Maintenance provides good service and always responds quickly whenever there is a problem. I especially appreciate our manager, Jennie, who is very caring and understanding of her residents. “I have lived at Greyfield Apartments since April 2017, and I truly love this community. From the beginning, everyone has been very friendly and welcoming. I first moved into a one-bedroom apartment and later transferred to a two-bedroom, and both experiences have been wonderful.
I enjoy living here because it is close to my work, the rent is very reasonable, and the community is quiet and peaceful at night. The management and staff are amazing—always helpful and friendly. Whenever I need a repair, maintenance responds the same day, which I really appreciate.
Because of my great experience, I have recommended Greyfield Apartments to my sister and my mom, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live.”

“I have been living in Greyfield Apartments since November 2016. It has been nearly ten years. I like to live here because of the location. The transport is close to my work at the medical center hospitals. Last year, Chad and his team upgraded my unit with all new gray kitchen cabinets, quartz countertop, new bathroom, and LED ceiling light. My house looks so beautiful. And the rent is still affordable price. Thank you to the manager and staff. They are a wonderful team. I recommend this as a good place to live, with a peaceful mind.”
